Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, returns are not accepted after delivery.

If the product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery, we offer:

To claim a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged product.
Orders via Personal DM

Any order placed through personal DMs (WhatsApp / Instagram / other platforms) is not recorded on our website.

Such orders are handled manually and may not reflect in website order history.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), please place your order through personal DM only.
