Refund & Return Policy

At Krantiveer Ayurveda, we take great care in packing and delivering our products safely.

Returns

  • Products cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, returns are not accepted after delivery.

Refunds / Replacements

  • If the product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery, we offer:

    • Replacement or

    • Refund, as per your preference.

  • To claim a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged product.

Orders via Personal DM

  • Any order placed through personal DMs (WhatsApp / Instagram / other platforms) is not recorded on our website.

  • Such orders are handled manually and may not reflect in website order history.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • If you prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), please place your order through personal DM only.

Important Note

  • Refunds or replacements are not applicable for:

    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

    • Delayed delivery due to courier issues

    • Change of mind after delivery
